Parent Action Committee

JOIN the PAC
Our Parent Action Committee has been established to allow parents create a feedback mechanism to bring their point of view to the Cheerleading Ireland directors committee.
The aims of the PAC:
Feedback real time data to the decision makers driving all star cheers.
Provide invaluable insight for the organisation to feed back to coaches and clubs to help in our/their decision making processes.
To guide coaches with what parents would like to see for their athletes.
To help decide the future of all star cheerleading in Ireland.
To develop a support committee for Team Cheerleading Ireland and develop opportunities for sponsorship and fundraising.

How will the PAC work?
A minimum of 2 and maximum of 3 parents will be volunteered by each member club to sit on a discussion and feedback panel a maximum of 3 times per season. These can be held during events where most parents will be in attendance or by video conference.
The chairperson will remain the same each season but the members can be different at each session if necessary.
The meeting should last no more than an hour and will follow a guided set of topics to gather feedback, followed by suggestions and other business.
The minutes are sent to the Board of Directors.

Want to be involved?
If you would like to be involved in a more permanent position as one of the sitting committee members, please let us know above.
